Our first design video

“2018 Utility Rate Review” is a 1.5 minute animated video created for Joanne Kleb at the City of Penticton by C4Wise Design.

The video took 32 hours to complete in mpeg4 format at 1080HD. An experienced sound engineer was used for the voice of Peter, the narrator.
